Effective 27 February 2026 under the Early Childhood Legislation Amendment (Child Safety) Act 2025

Wonder Seed Early Learning is unconditionally committed to the safety and wellbeing of every child in our care. The protection of children from abuse and neglect is our highest responsibility and forms the foundation of everything we do.

Our Child Safe Standards commitment includes:

  • A child-safe culture embedded in our values, policies, and daily practice
  • All educators and staff hold current Working With Children Checks
  • Mandatory reporting obligations understood and fulfilled by all staff
  • A Child Safety Officer appointed and trained
  • Clear reporting pathways for any concern about a child's safety
  • Children are empowered to understand their rights and to speak up
  • Families are partners in keeping children safe
  • Regular review and continuous improvement of our child safe practices

To report a concern about a child's safety, contact our Child Safety Officer directly. You may also contact the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing or call 13 12 78.
